The First National Bank building and the building behind it, which housed the Post Office, are two separate buildings. You can see the separation more clearly on the image below.
In 1908 the Unique Theater (moving picture theater) was opened.
It looks like the sign is on the First National Bank building. Since L.C. Frederickson, photographer, opened a studio above the Post Office in 1903 and another photographer bought his business in 1908. I'm thinking the Unique was above the Bank.
